The Institute, the Center are looking for the partners interested in, for joint scientific and commercial activity on the creation of new cryotechnologies, " cryobanks network" of different biological object strategic stocks, development and usage of new treatment methods, basing on the cold usage, creation of joint international groups, projects to solve the actual tasks of population sanitation. The Institute, the Center possess the necessary technologies for the creation of cryobanks between states to store the organ, tissue, cell and other bioactive substances stock with the aim to render an urgent assistance to population under different extreme sutuations and accidents. The Institute, the Center are sufficiently technically equipped and possess a highly skilled staff to elaborate the new technologies and long-term storage cryobank of defferent biological objects under ultralow temperatures. The Ukrainian Bank of Biological Objects is a structural part of the Interdepartmental Center. The Bank tasks are as follows: procurement, preparation to the preservation, storage and providing to medical establishment of cryopreserved cells and tissues, including those of embryonic and fetoplacental origin, that are used for cellular and tissue therapy. The work on cellular and tissue preparation procurement in the Ukrainian Bank of Biologial Objects is performed according to the "General Standard of Tissue Preservation" of the European Assosiation of Tissue Banks. Transplantational material is subjected to a careful investigation and testing, that provides a recipient's safety and quality certified. All actions on procurement and preservation are regulated in conformity with each separate type of cells or tissues. In preparations production the advanced actual biotechnologies and science-intensive developments of the Institute staff are foreseen. The main precondition when developing the methods of long-term storage and the creation of cellular and tissue bank is the preservation of viable cells and biologically active substances in them. The effect mechanism of cellular and tissue preparations consists in a specific and non-specific effect of the transplants, that along with substituve function possess polypharmacological, multimodal properties. The presence in a biological material of a large number of hormones, enzymes, cytokines, interleukines, interferon, neuropeptides, being in a balanced state, provides a clinical effect when treating different pathology. Together with the leading medical establishments of the Ukraine the indications for cellular and tissue transplants application and the ways of their introduction. In the Ukrainian Bank the system, separating a donor and a recipient on the base of a complete confidence and providing the meeting of necessary requirements on the used preparations safety has been developed. In order to exclude bacterial contamination, as well as infectioning of the recipient by viruses of B and C, HIV 1/2, herpes, rubella, cytomegalovirus, as well as lues and toxoplasmosis the material is tested by PCR methods.
